Know the morning happened.
You can apply entirely from abroad. Our manager visits the house in Visakhapatnam. You join that visit on video. Service does not depend on who happens to have a key this month.
If something is off
You are not the mediator
A Problem rating or a note from you reaches the local manager. You do not have to call your mother and ask her to scold someone.

What we will not pretend
The first homes are still in Vizag.
We cannot place a House Helper in another city yet. The address has to be in our opening neighborhoods, or close enough that we say yes after the application.
There is no login dashboard on this website today. What you get at the start is the visit record and a person in Vizag who answers. An online view for family abroad is part of the add-on as the service opens — we will not ask you to use a page that is not ready.
